DDB Historic Signage Project Continues with Installation of Historic Plaques

Downtown St. Thomas is gradually being  wrapped and plaqued with lovely black and white archival photographs.  They are an initiative of the Downtown Development Board, an effort to  “beautify and promote the historical value of downtown” says DDB chair  Dan Muscat.
