Neville's Island is a Marvel of Human Ingenuity
Neville Island is a marvel of human ingenuity, taking hundreds of person-hours to construct. Those persons are pretty darned proud of their work, as they should be. They have accomplished the feat of turning the simple stage of the Princess Ave playhouse into an island of adventure.

Famous Directors Have Been Spotted There
The Island has already attracted famous international talent from the entertainment industry, like Lesley Chapman, director of the upcoming “Neville’s Island”. (She may not actually be an international director – we have claimed her for our own but she does have a sensational international accent. And she may not be quite famous but she makes up for that in enthusiasm. She does seem to become quite in-capacitated by laughter at rehearsals, losing her directorial focus – a little unprofessional but as mentioned previously, her enthusiasm makes up for all that).
… And Famous Musicians
Famous entertainers have also been spotted on Neville's Island. Ennis brought their musical talents and the flavour of another island (Newfoundland) to the Princess Ave Playhouse on Sunday April 26th. They are so highly regarded, that the owners of the island renamed it for the Ennis visit. The winners of Juno, SOCAN and numerous other music awards packed the house and seemed to enjoy the renaming of the island to “Ennis Island”, complete with a little fog to make them feel at home. (They may not be the MOST famous entertainers, but they did emphasize that they know some. On their album, “The Fortunate Ones”, Great Big Sea’s, Alan Doyle produced a rousing pub-style song that he co-wrote with Oscar winner, Russell Crowe. They pointed out that they know Doyle well and are hoping to someday meet Russell Crowe.)

| This was definitely the most interesting stage we've ever performed on. We had an incredible afternoon performing to a full house on Ennis Island at the Princess Avenue Playhouse in St. Thomas, ON. The perfect way to end our two week run. We'll be back in St. Thomas again this November with the youngest sister in tow!! |
All the Beautiful People Visit Neville's Island
This is a destination that attracts beautiful people. Karen Ennis herself pointed out during her always hilarious banter, that she is one of them. And during the upcoming performances of "Neville's Island" four beautiful men will be on-stage – nothing more beautiful than men who make you laugh. And then, of course, there will be all the beautiful people who come to see the show. Both Thursdays are already sold out so you had better get your tickets so you don’t miss a chance to be one of them.
