The TTC opened its doors in May 2005 on Talbot Street in St. Thomas, offering resources for Youth and support to help them in reaching their potential to be active and responsible participants in our community. The centre is a free, fun, safe and inclusive drop-in space for youth aged 12 to 18 years in Elgin County.
