Fairies (and some pirates) flocked to Steed and Company Lavender for the 2nd annual Lavender Fairy Festival on Saturday (August 11th). It was an afternoon filled with fairy fun, lore and lavender treats.
The festival honours the Lavender Fairy who runs the fairy laundry. (Her helpers are the butterflies and plenty of those flitted gently amongst the spikes of lavender on Saturday).
